Our core team is increasingly taking shape and is already in the final stages of its composition. It is a beautiful and enriching process to observe how the internal structure, the necessary clarity, and our shared alignment continue to condense. We are taking the time needed to ensure that the human foundation is stable and resilient.

In the next step, we will begin to systematically build the circle of supporters around this core team. Here, new dynamics, creative spaces for ideas, and very concrete task areas are already emerging, waiting to be filled with life. It is an exciting process that palpably raises the entire project to the next level and shows that a vision is becoming a capable community.
