What it is about

El Pueblo is a real implementation project in Asturias. We are looking for a person who translates visions into roadmaps, milestones, responsibilities, and delivery.

Tasks

Within 8–12 weeks, a first resilient delivery system is in place: roadmap, priorities, risk register, budget versions.

• Roadmap & milestones (0–3 / 3–6 / 6–12 months)
• Weekly execution rhythm (board, owner, deadlines, review)
• Managing resources/budget roughly (plan vs. reality)
• Solving blockers, preparing decisions, managing risks
• Co-coordinating the interface to legal/finance/construction/permitting

You are a fit if you

• are strong in prioritization + implementation
• have already led projects through uncertainty (startup/construction/operations)
• communicate clearly, set boundaries, and de-escalate conflicts

Setup

• Start: 4-week sprint (clear deliverable plan)
• Compensation: vesting/sweat equity (cliff + vesting after fit)
• Work model: remote + occasionally on-site
