Our roadmap for 2026 is set

Our upcoming year follows a clear and deliberate structure. By the end of May 2026 the core team for El Pueblo will be firmly established, a decisive moment to secure the personnel base for everything to come. Our supporters are already divided into thematic working groups so that the diverse competencies can flow where they are needed. The first concrete tasks have already been defined and assigned to responsible hands. This ensures that the burden of development is distributed across many shoulders.

Our shared vision is now precisely drafted in writing and internally coordinated. It serves as our compass for every future decision. At the same time we are working intensively on the concrete financing structure. It is important to us to create an absolutely stable foundation before we set out to find the final location for our village. We are deliberately taking this path step by step: first the internal structure, then the external location. The year 2026 will be for us the year of clarity commitment and consistent implementation. We will report on further milestones here regularly and transparently.
